Last half term we were talking about the 3 states of matter in Science (if you missed it, you can have a look back at some of our learning on the Autumn 2 link). We learnt what the 3 states of matter are and how the particles are acting in the 3 states. Today we are looking at how states of matter can change, and what makes this happen. The video below will guide you through this.

For an extra challenge: can you write a scientific explanation of the words below. Try and add diagrams (carefully drawn pictures with labels) to help explain what you mean. Don't forget the particles!
